Hyperhidrosis Footwear

I have sweaty feet, what shoes can I buy to help?

Choosing what to put on thy feet has always been a mini-crisis for me personally. Flip-flops have always been a death trap, as you’re reading this you can probably relate to what I’m saying. The sliding, squelching, and slipping are unbearable, which makes flip-flops for primary Hyperhidrosis sufferers a complete no go. The thought of walking down a hill in flip flops still makes me wince. Albeit, living in San Francisco doesn’t offer up too much in terms of weather to be able to wear flip flops. Nevertheless, when the sun finally does pop out, I like to be able to pop some on and enjoy the sunshine. Then the Adidas fitFOAM’s came into my life. By complete fluke I was looking for some beachwear on Amazon.cm when they were recommended to me by Amazon’s “you may also like” feature. Bam! I’ve never looked back since, now I’ve got 5 pairs!!!

They’re ABSORBENT, they’re cushioned, they’re really comfortable, and they’re SAFE to walk in! When they’re in much need of a wash it’s simple, just put them in a pillowcase and shove them into the washer on a normal setting. They’ll come out smelling and looking like new.

These little beauties are available just about anywhere that stocks a good array of footwear, however Amazon are perhaps going to be cheaper, plus you get a much better range of choices.

Other footwear Choices

The fitFOAM’s are a great product if you want to keep your feet ventilated and stop them from sliding around, however when it comes to work or other situations that require more robust footwear, flip flops obviously are out of the question. So what now you ask? Well, first off let me tell you about a company called Geox. They produce a wide range of footwear including boots, formal footwear, and casual shoes. They’re available for men, women, and kids and they have a pretty good range of styles available. There are literally hundreds of Geox shoes at Amazon.com.

Their unique sole design allows heat and moisture to escape, unlike other footwear which insulate the foot and keep moisture in. In summer they not only keep your feet cool and dry, but in winter they keep your feet warm and dry too.

Insoles for Sweaty Feet

Not too dissimilar to the insoles in Geox shoes, a company called Summer Soles have come up with a neat little alternative to the Geox shoe. Summer Soles are absorbent soles that you can stick in your existing shoes. You can buy a variation of colours which is great if you want them to fit in seamlessly with coloured sandals or crocks for example. You can also buy fragranced insoles which I especially like to use for my running shoes, as they can get really smelly!. They make them for both men and women and they come in a variety of sizes too.

Yep, Amazon is again the best for value and choice.  Click here now to view a wide range of Summer Sole’s on Amazon.com. You can also see their website at SummerSoles.com

Closing thoughts…

I hope that you’ve found the suggestions helpful, as anything can help to give us more control over this condition and the challenges it brings. If you’ve heard of or tried any other footwear that’s especially good for primary Hyperhidrosis, then please do get in touch or leave a comment in the comment box below.

Thanks and good luck with finding the Hyperhidrosis footwear that’s right for you.
